Delivery to your designated address will take between 7 to 14 days. Covid is still a factor and may delay things but generally freight delivery times have improved immensely.

If you have not received your parcel during this period of time, you can confirm that the shipping address is correct;

If there are no problems with your address, the delivery of your order may have been delayed by slow Customs, logistics or postal clearance procedures.
